Per Curiam. Defendant Jerri K. McPherson appeals her conviction and sentence for intentionally obstructing, resisting, and interfering with a United States Secret Service Agent, while the agent was providing protective services for former First Lady Barbara Bush, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3056(d). Defendant argues that the jury instructions failed to adequately inform the jury of the elements of the crime and that there is insufficient evidence to support her conviction. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the District Court.
